Hotel "City Rooms Wels"

Room was clean and quiet, check in was smooth, location is great.

The room was quite cold, and even though we tried several times to adjust the temperature from the radiator, it didn't work. The shower was leaking into the bathroom so the floor got wet. Also, the room was rather small compared to double rooms sold at the same price in other hotels in the city.

It was the third time I stayed at City Rooms Wels and it is going to be my choice every time I’m traveling across Austria/Europe. It is quiet, very clean, comfortable, easy to check in/out, they always respond to messages immediately providing all the information needed/required.

The heating, as there’s only one radiator… although some my find it ok, but I like warmer rooms.

Clean, completely and newly renovated. Spacious room and ensuite. Comfortable bed. Close to supermarket, restaurants, shops, bus station. Flat walk to train station about 10 to 15 minutes. Recommend and would stay again.

No lift, building built in 1820. We managed the one flight of stairs with our bags.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and felt brand new. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect - just next to the city center. It was also convenient to leave our car in the nearby city parking right next to the building. Although the check-in was contactless, we had the chance to meet the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The only issue we faced was during check-in: although our booking was confirmed and paid through the platform, the self check-in machine still asked us to pay again. When we tried calling the support number, no one answered (even though the confirmation email said assistance was available at any time). Fortunately, we managed to get help through the intercom, and a staff member quickly came and solved the problem!
