Hervorstechendes Merkmal der Wohnung ist eindeutig die Lage mit der fantastischen Aussicht auf Castagneto und die Campagna bis hin zum Meer. Die Anlage rund ums Haus ist durchaus ansprechend. Auch der direkte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war (überraschend in Anbetracht der übrigen Punkte in der Bewertung) angenehm.
Die Einrichtung der Wohnung wirkt lieblos und teilweise ärmlich. Eine Katastrophe ist die gesamte Haushalts- und Küchenausstattung, z.B. für 4 Personen nur 3 Tassen bzw. 2 Weingläser, miserable Töpfe/Pfannen, bei der Ankunft kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden, keine Auflagen für die Plastik-Terrassenmöbel usw. Wir machen seit mehr als vierzig Jahren Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen, aber dieser Widerspruch von offensichtlichem Wohlstand der Vermieter bei gleichzeitiger Vernachlässigung der Ferienimmobilie ist uns bisher nicht untergekommen.
