Gold Apartment

A gazda segített a csomagok bevitelében. (Emelet) Az előzetes beszélgetésnél szó volt a kávéfőzőről. Nem pont olyan volt a szálláson, DE volt. Másnapra meghozta azt a típust amiről beszéltünk. Az udvar felé lévő terasz nagyon eltalált.

Velünk nagyon kedves volt a gazda, de a másik vendégekkel nem. Mi csendes helyen lakunk. A vendégház a Siklós - Harkány közti országút mellett áll. Mi elszoktunk az éjszakai autóforgalom zajától. Még nem kánikulában voltunk, de HA LETT volna bekapcsoltuk volna a légkondicionálót hűtésre.

Jako ljubazan domaćin, objekt je na dobroj lokaciji, prostran sa lijepom terasom i dvorištem. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti opet😀

The main reason we've chosen this apartment was the price and the position of it - very near Harkany's spa and very near Siklos and Villany which we wanted to visit. Also, the house is located in the calm neighborhood which was very nice. The host was very nice and the communication was good. Also, the apartments were warm, although during the night was a bit cold as the heating stops working.

The apartment was very dirty - dust everywhere on the surfaces and on the floor (especially under the beds as the dust balls keep getting out of it all the time we were there). The showers were filled with red and black mold, which is proof that no one cleaned them before we came. There is also visible wear and tear but that wouldn't bother us if it wasn't so dirty. Pots and pans are a few and it was hard to cook for 6 people as we had only 2 functioning pots which weren't too dirty to cook in. Everything that we wanted to use, we had to wash first - cutlery, utensils, cups, plates, pots, the stove was very greasy, the floor in front of the stove was also greasy... The fridge was dirty inside, the kettle full of limestone, the coffe makers full of coffee and limestone, and one wasn't working at all. The kitchen is not well equipped with utensils and bowls, there was only 1 knife for bread and not a single knife to cut vegetables, and there was a very small cutting board. Also, we were given only 1 towel per person for showering and 1 small one in the kitchen with 1 tea towel, and 1 small towel in the bathroom and we were staying 5 days at the apartments which I think it's not enough (I asked the host before arrival do they provide the towels and the answer was yes, but no one said how many, so I'll know for the next time). There was a little bit of hand soap in the bathroom and a full bottle of dish detergent with 2 sponges and no showering gel in the bathroom. The beds are not too bad but they could be more comfortable, the blankets are very thin and the pillows are not comfortable as they get flat as soon as you put your head on them. Before we left, I communicated all this to the host and he said it will be better next time and that he will tell it to the cleaning lady and that he will buy more stuff.
