Apartments are new and very clean
We rented two apartments. During our entire stay, people at the floor above us let their children run ans scream from 5AM. Absolute nightmare. And owner who lives in the house was not bothered to ask them to calm down. All apartments on our floor had the same horrific experience. I would not go there again because of the reluctance of the owner to react.
