Die Lage war traumhaft und bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung wurde an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht.

Es gab keinen Internetanschluss, die Wohnung roch unangenehm nach abgestandenen Rauch, was auch durch Lüften nicht wegging. Ein kleiner Teil der Möbel war entsprechend gelblich verfärbt obwohl die Wohnung als Nichtraucher-Appartement ausgeschrieben war.
