Great location....5 minutes from the train station and restaurants and Lawsons within 50 meters. There really wasn't a kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own food. There was hot water but I don't think there was a fridge or microwave. The capsules were clean and comfortable. I think it was a bit expensive because I was there during Golden Week.

The cabins were incredible comfortable. Everything was really clean and well-maintained. I liked that rules and manners were well explained and kept, which led to a pleasant and calm stay. Grocery store is nearby.
If you plan to explore the Fuji region and the 5-lakes, then expect some walking/public transportation. It wasn't a problem for us, but I think it was the only con, other than that the lounge area was quite simple.
