The location

The mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced as it is damaged, it has a significant dip on the edge of it which makes it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I also had to wash the mattress protector on the bed as it was stained and in need of a hot wash. The noise level from the street in the sitting room was very high and it was impossible to get any form of quality sleep on the sofa bed. I would definitely only recommend this property for two people as sleeping in the sitting room is not fit for purpose unless you have noise cancelling headphones on. The sofa bed only had one sheet on the mattress, there was no form of mattress protector at all
