Season 1

The location is great. We had bikes and everything was few minutes away. (Talking about E-bikes of course. :) The house is not a historic marvel, but we had got all we needed: nice spacious room, left luggage place, bike parking, drying poles. The owner is kind and easy going.

No complaints.

L’hébergement est bien placé, dans un petit village à quelques kilomètres des différents musée et d’un petit port. L’appartement est spacieux, un peu vieillot, l’hôtel est très accueillant.

Very quiet and a lot of space. A friendly host brought us to the harbour. Musea close by.

Let me quote the description of the apartment on Booking.com : "...... The restaurant, UOGASHI 7070 prepares dinner and breakfast, using the variety of fresh fish and different ingredients we have each day. The price includes dinner and breakfast of course." However, after I finished booking, it said meals are not included. Since the cost of the apartment is relatively low, we didn't mind. The problem we encountered was the owner rarely answered the phone, I called the listed number many times before we were about to visit the island. My call was finally answered, but the owner couldn't speak English, and he hung up after I tried to communicate with him. We went to the apartment on the reserved day, the owner was there, and he was nice to us. The room has good size, the setting is typical of some Japanese apt., pretty old fashioned, but it was clean. The kitchen is very basic, good for boiling hot water to make tea or coffer. No tea bag was available, coffee powder was available in an already opened container which we would not try . Overall, this is a very basic place for a short stay, good for the price it charged.
