Great location, very clean and neat! Owner responsive. She greeted us at the location and flexible with time. She even gave us her parking spot when we arrived. Way to park in the area. We didn’t have any trouble for the days we went to other towns. Short walk into city center - 7-10mins. The apartment is also in between a supermarket and wine store!

The air conditioner broke and it was about 30-34c everyday. Owner was very responsive and met the technician to fix it but it was the weekend and couldn’t be fixed for our stay. She set us up with high powered fans for both bedrooms to make it as comfortable as possible.

Mi visita fue excelente, tanto el alojamiento como la anfitriona. Es un departamento muy amplio (90m2) para ti solo, con recamara amplia, balcon, sanitario y una cocina amplia, no le falta nada, incluso tiene lavadora, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para tu estancia en Polignano a Mare. Incluso a un lado del edificio hay un super con todo. Si vienes en auto, la anfitriona nos ofreció parking publico frente a la casa, si vienes en tren, el alojamiento esta a 5 minutos caminando de la estacion. El unico punto a considerar es que tanto el centro de Polignano a Mare como la Cala estan a 15 o 20 minutos caminando, lo cual puede ser interesante si te gusta caminar y explorar el pueblo mas alla de lo turistico.

The air conditioning in the apartment was pretty much non existent. The machine was in such a bad location that is practically doesn’t do anything and is useless for either bedroom
