Bougainville Bay Hotel

It was comfortable and relaxing. The pool was great

The staff is kind, but it could be better. It is not a five star hotel, the service and the stuff should be more present and helpful. My girlfriend was sick during the stay and they didn’t have a reference for a doctor to help, nor they could give us water or something. We had to take what we want from the mini market

I loved the whole vibe of the hotel and every thing was very spacious around the pool We also really enjoyed the various selection of food for breakfast We also thought the difference in pool sizes was good for younger and older children/people We loved the art galleries around the hotel all the paintings looked lovely 😍

To make it even better the pool toilets could be upgraded also some description of your room as we didn't expect an upstairs room and downstairs It was a bit confusing to use the lifts to start off with as there was to much information on the signs I also thought of you were ever renovating rooms to put a shower curtain in as lots of water sprays out of the shower when in use as there is only a little bit of glass also would recommend it for some privacy

Only one coffee machine at breakfast so had to queue!

Interesting architecture and art. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Loud music everywhere - including inappropriate rap for young kids. Not relaxing. Staff accused my mother of drinking alcohol from fridge when she doesn’t drink. A bottle had been left from previous occupants. I also requested a kettle three times for my mother but it was never delivered.
