The Optimal Hochzillertal ski area has 92 km of ski slopes is a paradise for ski lovers and snowboarders. Use the ski lift or ski bus at 300 m for easy access. The Zillertal Valley is also nearby. You can also visit the spectacular Harter Schleierwasserfall. Cross country is just 200 m away and the swimming pool is 2 km.

Stayed here as a group of 7 adults. Great space, kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed to cater for ourselves, with a big table and bench seating for eating and entertainment. Heated storage room just outside the door for keeping boots dry and equipment locked up safely.
Three of the bedrooms are doubles (really kings, as two single mattresses in one bed frame, each has its own single duvet - this is fairly standard for Austria). And one smaller room is single bunks. I wasn't entirely sure of the room layout from the description.
Only a short walk to the gondola, supermarket and train to access other parts of the valley. We self-checked in, using key safe, but Katharina kept in contact via messages to check everything was ok.
Overall, really happy with the place, comfortable and a good price.

Fantastisch appartement, ruim, modern en schoon. Maar enkele minuten lopen vanaf de gondels zonder last te hebben van lawaai. Ook de supermarkt is in de buurt. Aanrader!

Een enorm netjes en ruim appartement buiten het centrum van Kaltenbach, maar op loop afstand van de skilift en apres-ski.

Sehr saubere, ordentliche und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft unweit der Talstation. Freundlicher Kontakt vor Ort und wir haben nichts vermisst.
