I had a really nice stay here. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always ready to answer questions or point us in the right direction. The food was also great, especially because we were traveling with a family member who has strict dietary restrictions after surgery. There were always options they could eat, which made things a lot easier and less stressful for us. My favorite part, though, was the environment. The walking areas are beautiful, with lots of trees and nicely designed paths. The way everything is laid out, there’s always a light breeze and really fresh air, it just feels good to be outside there. Also, the Arzni water, of course. It sounds simple, but it was really refreshing The rooms were comfortable, everything worked properly, and the mattresses were new, so we slept well. If you can, I’d suggest getting a room with a balcony, it’s really nice to sit there in the morning or evening. Just maybe check what the view is beforehand. There’s also a pool. It could use a few upgrades, but it was clean and enjoyable to use. Overall, it just felt like an easy, comfortable place to stay, with good energy and a really pleasant atmosphere.

There were a few things that could definitely be improved. The main issue for us was organization around doctor appointments. A couple of times, we were given a specific time to see a doctor, but when we showed up, we ended up waiting for quite a while and the doctor wasn’t there. In some cases, we were even told that the time written down for specific doctors is wrong. It was a bit confusing and frustrating, and better coordination and communication here would really help. Another thing to keep in mind is the location. It’s quite remote, which is great for peace and quiet, but not very convenient if you suddenly need something. There aren’t shops or pharmacies nearby, so for anything extra, like medicine, you’d need to go to a nearby village or town, which isn’t very close (can't walk by foot). Also, some of the facilities listed or shown in photos (like the gym or movie area) didn’t seem to be working during our stay. Many of these spaces were closed or not in use. I’d recommend checking in advance with the place to see which facilities are really available at the time of your visit.

Арзни - санаторий. Арзни - известный источник минеральной воды. В 25 мин езды от Еревана. Медицинские услуги - обычные по составу для санаториев такого типа. Хотя гостей в санатории было немало, нигде особенно ждать получения процедуры не приходилось. Персонал - в основном любезный и предупредительный. Номер вполне комфортный. Постель широкая. Ванная - просторная и удобная. Полотенца хорошие. При запросе моментально выдают халаты (что важно для пребывания в санатории). Очень хорошее питание - разнообразное, с армянским колоритом. Овощи, зелень, рыба, молочные продукты - все было хорошим (про мясные блюда сказать ничего не могу). Всегда лаваш, наряду с другими двумя-тремя сортами хлеба, виноград (в октябре) в обед, варенья на завтра и ужин. На завтрак два вида каш, творог двух видов. На обед - три вида супа, два-три - основных блюда. Хорошая выпечка. Любезный и милый персонал в столовой. Территория небольшая, но ухоженная. Есть прогулочные тропы. Но надо иметь в виду, что санаторий - в ущелье, не всякому подойдет такая ходьба. Для желающих - фитнес-зал. Бассейн крытый и под открытым небом. Все это - очень удобно.

Матрас было бы хорошо перетянуть. Подушки - для любителей низкого положения головы. Стоило бы при таких подушках давать две для любителей высокого положения головы. В ванной комнате иногда чувствовался неприятный запах подземных коммуникаций.
