About this apartment rental
Lovely and 1 bedroom apartment, close to "Las Teresitas" beach (0.5 km) and Anaga mountains. Ready to welcome nature-friendly couples, adventurers or business travelers. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has a large terrace with sunloungers and an outdoor shower. Perfect to enjoy our mild weather and relaxing sea views. If you've had a stressful week, this is just the place. This cozy apartment is well laid out with all the amenities you need.
Make use of a well-stocked kitchen. Coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster are included. Real comfort and cleanliness awaits anyone choosing to stay here. A good resting is the "must" for us so you will be able to experience it on a high quality mattress. The apartment has WIFI and satellite TV to watch international channels.
We are particularly proud of the mural painting on the headboard in the bedroom as the special japanese artist has made the delicate and excellet hand painted job for you to enjoy. Well-connected to the capital of the island (9 km). Nearest bus stop is no more than 200 meters. Bus routes to "Anaga" also available. The area is also stone throw away form some wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. The area has public parking for vehicles. We are located 0.5 km. Fron Teresitas beach and 9km from Santa Cruz, in a residential area.

The owners live on the top floor, being at your disposal for any things that our guests need.
San Andres is a fishing village where you can enjoy golden beaches and good fresh fish restaurants. It is also close (4 km) to the beach of Las Gaviotas, black sand beach where you can practice nudism.
Buses: 946 Santa Cruz - Taganana, this bus has a stop 200 meters from our apartament 910 Santa Cruz- San Andres, this bus has a stop 500 meters from our apartament.
In the apartment there are: shampoo, gel, hand soap, shower towels and beach towels. We have extensive tourist information, maps, brochures and books for excursions.

Pets are not allowed
It is not allowed to smoke
No parties or events are allowed

- We have a stair to reach the apartment so it is not advisable for people with major disabilities
- The owners live in the above apartment so we request our
guests to respect quietness from 11 pm.
- Check in: after 15:00 pm to 20. 00 pm.
- Check out: 11 noon

-We request from our guests a responsible for water and electricity.
-It is forbidden to place objects of any kind in common areas such as the portal or stairs.

Alphonse and Ana were absolutely wonderful! From their incredibly warm, friendly welcome to their lovely and conveniently located apartment – our stay in San Andreas was fabulous.
Upon arrival, Alphonse and Ana helped carry our bags, where fresh fruit basket, bottle of wine and chocolates were waiting. Additionally, tea and coffee were available, and not left over, half-used food goods sometimes found in other VRBOs. Upon departure-they gave us a very thoughtful parting gift and insisted on helping again with bags.
Additionally, they were very helpful with restaurant recommendations in San Andreas as well as near-by towns and our future destinations. Also gave great recommendations for local attractions and hikes. While making clear they were always available to assist, also respectful of our privacy.
The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities. Wonderful balcony with lovely views, a shaded dining space and open terrace with lounge seats. Enjoyed keeping doors to apartment open for sea breezes and felt safe – and would have felt safe even if solo female traveler.
Apartment located in wonderful location with several good restaurants/cafes, small grocery store and long sandy beach in short walking distance. When car required, parking very easy and free in front.
Helpful information to note:
Able to climb stairs a must – but view worth it
Tap water not potable. Not sure if the norm in San Andreas, and a large bottle of water was provided upon arrival.
Living close quarters to other people/families – so need to be mindful of noise
