Location is perfect, in the city center and easily accesible. Room is wide and very clean, and even counts on a sofa and a quite good coffee and tea service.
Nobody in reception, so no opinion on the hotel staff. Self check in is not bad but a bit complicated at the beginning. It appears as a hotel with parking but you have to use the public parking in front and of course pay for it.

The location was good. There were lots of eateries nearby.
The automated check in procedure was not working well. The staff were totally rude and extremely unhelpful when we called them for checking in. We had to wait for nearly 45 minutes to get the problem solved while we spent all the time talking to the rude staff lady.

The hotel was located in the centre, 5 minutes to train and bus station. The standard room was large enough with a good size bathroom. If you want a quiet room stay on the shopping area side and not the road side. We had breakfast most mornings at 20 francs each. The breakfast room is small, but had cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit, cerials, cold meats and cheeses, so was a good variety. The staff are very friendly.
It was very hot and there is no air conditioning in the hotel. They do supply a fan in the room, which did make it bearable. The breakfast room is also hot, as it is in the attic.
