a great deal and hotel, food, rooftop bar and morning breakfast great. Most impressed with staff. Unfortunately to many to name but everyone was very very helpful and accomodating

I went to see the stuf to tell them two issues and they never answered me ,i sent an email and also never answered me. i went to the receptionist to see their supervisor, they told me he will contact you and he never did. Also, the elevator wasn't working because of an external problem and they never even tried to do anything about it. almost all the day until 3 pm. Also, they saw that we had a little daughter, the said hi to her and stayed two hours in front of the stuff at the reception , then when we went to have breakfast, they obliged me to pay because i didn't register her.they told me they will credit or refund me and they never did and they never even contacted me.

al llegar nos dieron una habitacion con olor a moho
pedimos cambiarla pero fué igual
el desayuno del primer dia muy bueno pero segundo día restos del día anterior
aunque era Navidad no había ninguna comida especial y a las 5pm restaurante cerrado
