Es el primer hotel en el cual colocan almohadas ergonómicas, el escritorio y la silla gerencial fueron excelentes para mis jornadas de trabajo, servicio de internet muy estable, la vista del atardecer y amanecer fue espectacular, el servicio de desayuno, almuerzo y cena fue delicioso y con buena disponibilidad, la hospitalidad del equipo de trabajo fue muy buena.
En el servicio de televisión en la habitación no se encontraba disponible el canal caracol, lastimosamente unos huéspedes de una habitación cercana hicieron ruido en la madrugada, desde la recepción no fue posible conseguir servicio de taxi tuve que salir a tomar taxi en la calle.

Buena ubicación, buena vista sobre la bahía, buen servicio, rico desayuno.
Los aires acondicionados hacen mucho ruido, y a pesar de pedir cobija, no ponen en las camas y hacen falta por el frió del mismo.

The restaurant were very friendly and it's in a good location close to the harbour
There was no hot water, the mattress is very old, breakfast small and the whole building could use a deep clean. It's not terrible, but for the piece you'd expect more.
