The property is absolutely amazing! I will definately come back any time it is possible! I liked everything at this. The location, the view, the interor design, the stuff, the food, the pool.. everything! I loved it! It became my favorite place! ❤️

Clean, breathtaking views, nice food.

Everything was perfect when we arrived there, enjoyed the weather and the perfect view, we had a good lunch and then we went to the room to get ready for the swimming pool. The floor all dirty, the bathroom floor full of wet hair, gross! We went to the reception and asked them to clean the room floor once again and the girl was very friendly and helpful, apologetic . At the swimming pool there were just 2-3 umbrellas (for 20 sun beds)and no umbrella holders. The clients were all improvising with big stones and rope and stuff they found there, so they can use the umbrellas ( mid day, 30 degrees). My husband found a very old iron holder somewere in the back of the pool and he figure it out how to improvise with the small umbrella so we can have some shade. No problem, we had a laugh about it with the others customers. But then when we tried entering the pool, we were shocked of the huge amount of dead insects inside! After 10-15 min the owner ( an English speaker, not Romanian) came near our sunbeds and began to take out our umbrella from the old iron holder and took the iron holder, saying that he needs it for a bigger umbrella at the front terrace. Then we nicely asked him for something else to hold our umbrella, since there was nothing else there with what we could have improvise. He said, and I quote: “ You don’t have to stay here if you don’t like it! “ with a very unfriendly voice! We were left there without words, never in a life time though that an owner can speak like that to a costumer! All the other clients were watching. He left and left my husband hanging with the umbrella in his arms. So disappointing... I am not used of leaving negative feedback, but this was so outrageous!
