    The location of the hotel is excellent, and the rooms are reasonably comfortable. However, the overall guest experience is extremely disappointing. After 10:00 PM, the hotel switches off the air conditioning in all rooms, disconnects the intercom, and no staff are available to assist guests. Even basic necessities, such as a bottle of drinking water, are unavailable during the night. This is unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide hospitality services. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that travelers avoid booking this hotel. I also believe Agoda should reconsider recommending this property until these issues are addressed.

    Tökéletes választás Chidambaramban. A személyzet tényleg nem kedves, de tulajdonképpen mindenünk megvolt kérés nélkül is. Borravalót anélkül is kértek, hogy bármit segítettek volna (pl. csomagjainkat), majd kevesellték, amikor mégis kaptak.... no tips felirat egyébként ki van írva a bejáratnál.

    This hotel is not at all good,AC not working properly,fan stopped after some time, refrigerator not working,bad smell coming in bathroom. Totally not good hotel for ***. It's completely worst experience. Agoda should return 50% of total amount.
