Amazing views across towards the jungle and tiger reserve. Owner’s brother, who lives next door will arrange all the tickets for the national park and escort you to the right place to catch the boat or go on various walking trails. Our recommendation is the walking, which is not too arduous, our guide was fantastic and we got a real feeling for the jungle.
Nothing we didn’t like, but it is very simple accommodation.

Rajesh was a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble for him both before or during our visit. He went out of his way to be helpful , a wonderful human. We stayed before and after our visits ( over several days) to Periyar and he provided us with all the information we needed.
The view from the balcony of the forest is simply amazing
Not a dislike but a warning we did need to be careful not to leave any food outside for fear of attracting monkeys

A very comfortable room in a beautiful, spotlessly clean property. The location was incredible - looking out over the meadow to the forest under the full moon is a memory I will always keep with me. The room was very large, as was the breakfast!
