eine freundliche und zugewandte Vermieterin, alles war bestens organisiert und vorbereitet; sehr gute, ruhige Lage des Hauses, ausgezeichnete neue und wertige Ausstattung resp. Gestaltung der Ferienwohnung; viele interessante Ausflugs- und Wanderziele in der Nähe sind gut zu erreichen, herrliche Natur in den Bergen und Tälern der Fränkischen Schweiz; eigener Parkplatz und Fahrradgarage, hohe Biergarten- bzw. Brauereikellerdichte in der Region ;-))

Schöne geschmackvoll und umfangreich ausgestattete 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit großem Wohn-/Essbereich und kleiner Terasse im Garten. Nette Gastgeberin, einfacher Check-in. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Bamberg oder Wanderungen in der Umgebung.
Lage direkt an der Landstraße, allerdings sind die Fenster sehr hochgradig schallisoliert und der Verkehr nachts gering.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus/Apartment! Alles sehr gepflegt und schöne Atmosphäre.
Straße recht laut! Zum Glück war das Schlafzimmer nach hinten gelegen und dadurch relativ ruhig. Gute Fenster! Die Klimaanlage benutzten wir nicht (im Hochsommer bestimmt nötig!), doch obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war, hat sie nachts regelmäßig unangenehme Geräusche von sich gegeben! Wir hätten gerne den Stecker gezogen! Wenig Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Keine Absprache bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe bei Abreise.
