The house is very well thought out with all facilities needed. It is just marvelous! The two bathrooms, outside shower and nice big terrace complete it. There is a small family beach right in front of the house. The host is friendly, respects your privacy and is there if needed! Just the right balance.

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and we spent 7 days at Villae Dalmaticae. The house was very clean and super beautiful. Suzana was lovely and was always available and kind in answering to our questions. That was indeed a great holiday. I plan to return to Sumartin and Villae Dalmaticae would definitely be the place to stay, again and again.
the only thing I did not like was some noise in the evenings - but nothing compared to the amazing time we had there. It was summer and it is very understandable to have people celebrating - specially in such village. With regards to the house itself, everything was perfect.
