Superb

It is near to sea. Just 200 meters to beach. And room was good, host are so sweet and helper. We can park in front of house.

Bath is a little bit small.

Very good

The owner is very nice and she helped us with everything even though she didn't speak English. She even brought us cake. The property has everything you need for a nice vacation. It is clean even though not very modern. The beach is very near, a 5 minutes walk. It is a quiet neighborhood. By car you can be in Rogoznica in a few minutes and there are a lot of restaurants.

The accommodation was ideal for our needs. The host was very friendly, we were offered beers & biscuits. There is a supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. We think about a 45 minute walk to the main resort where there were bars & restaurants.

A September holiday

The owner was very friendly, kind and caring, everything was as described. We brought a rubberboat with us, and we got a free spot to store it at the port. Nice and clear room, and a view to the sea. The shore is very close to the apartment. We were completely satisfied.

The owner not speaking English, but you can solve anything, by a translating application. So it's not a problem.

Very clean apartments!

It’s very simple and basic room, but very very clean, comfy, you can find there everything you need. Wifi worked perfectly. The owner meet us very warmly and friendly.

It could be a little bit crowdy, because the terace you are sharing with other guests, so it depends how active neighbours you will have:)

good value for money

apartment was clean and spacious, it was very close to the beach. there was also table for us on balcony. Owner was kind.

the room was older, during the night it was little bit noisy. The owner speaks no English.

Small but clean

Host is very nice, lovely lady, I really regreted that she doesnt speak english, but we manage:-) well slovak is a bit similar to the language spoken in whole "Jugoslavia". When we came she was expecting us, even thou we came later than we thought. Apartment is very small, but I know that we will stay only one night, so I deliberatly choosed s.t. small and quite cheap. Beds are fine, one big double neds and two beds, on above each other (dont know the english word fort that) quite OK with kids (9,12). Bathroom was small and a old fasion style, but clean. Anyway, all house seems quite OK, clean, plenty of flowers around and each appartement has own terrace. Sea is just around 50-100m. And we didnt used kitchen, non of ot, so I dont know. Parking is free in the garden, which is great and also house is in a quiet street maybe 2min drive from the main road and about 10min drive from Rogoznica centrum.

Well if I have to say something, then it needs a bit of man maintenance, maybe a bit modern stuff, but that is only point of view.

Kind hosts, room with mini kitchen. Excellent.

The lovely hosts. I was received with kindness. The room has a fridge and a mini kitchen. And the private bathroom (shower). Lots of space and a huge terrace with sea views. The wifi was also good.

There are no restaurants nearby, only a fastfood place. But the fast food place has also the kindest staff, so... Thick pillow.

La struttura si presenta con mobilio molto vecchio. Letto molto scomodo!! Asciugacapelli non presente in struttura tantomeno dispositivi anti zanzara.

Ultra gyors erkezés, a korábbi helyekhez képest.

Közel volt a tenger, pár perc séta. Az apartman apró, felszerelt, kérésre kaptunk mikrósutőt is. A tulaj kedves volt. Utószezonban voltunk (aug28-szept8), a tenger és az időjárás mégis tökéletes volt. A tengerpart apró kavicsos gyönyörű, kristálytiszta, sünöktől mentes. Budapest-Rogoznica 7óra :)

Az ágyra valóban ráférne egy matrac csere. :( A víz minden reggel tükörsima, de az idő múlásával nagy szél kerekedik, nem tudom ez a hely sajátossága? Pedig egy öbölben van magas heggyel körbevéve. Az autópálya viszont szánalmas majdnem 30€ csak oda, telerakva 80km/H korlátozásokkal,és itt nem arra gondolok, hogy az alagútban nem lehet gyorsabban menni, hanem ki van rakva, hogy rossz útminőség miatt van korlátozva. Ennyi pénzért lehetne minőségi az út végig 130as tempóval.

Un rincón muy especial

Las anfitrionas son muy amables, alegres, simpáticas, el entorno es muy curioso, no se veía muy turístico, más bien un ambiente tranquilo, local.. muy cerca del mar, fácil aparcamiento. Lo mejor, las anfitrionas

Tal vez le vendría bien renovar un poco el baño.. y la cama, aún siendo doble, tenía una sábana individual. Cogimos otra individual del armario. Pero entiendo que no esperaban que llegase alguien a las 22h de la noche.

Było Super

Pani gospodyni była tak miła że można się poczuć jak w odwiedzinach u rodziny. Na przywitanie ugościła nas lemoniada i ciasteczkami proponowała też kawę lub herbatę. W trakcie pobytu kilka razy otrzymaliśmy domowe wypieki. Byliśmy na 11dni w ok połowie pobytu wymiana pościeli i ręczników na świeże. Na zdjęciu dodanym w Booking stary TV obecnie wymieniony na płaski nowoczesny . Ogólnie pokój odświeżony. Czysto i pachnąco. A Pani zawsze pomocna o miła. Serdecznie polecam osobą które chcą odpocząć od zgiełku miasta. Do centrum trzeba dojść ok 2 km ale do plaży jest blisko ok 100 m jedna budka z jedzeniem. Na plaży darmowe czyste WC.

Odlično mjesto za odmor i opuštanje, apartman čist, uredan i opremljen svim što je potrebno, terasa velika s pogledom na more, plaža na 5 min, domaćica gostoljubiva i srdačna. Sve preporuke, doći ćemo ponovno 🤗

Lijepi apartman u mirnom mjestu

Apartman je u jako mirnom mjestu. Gospođa je draga i gostoljubiva. Od apartmana smo dobili točno ono što smo očekivali. Apartman čist i mirisan.

Sve je bilo odlično jedino nama je zafalila pećnica ili mikrovalna i hladnjak se pregrijava i ne može se zatvoriti dobro.

Obiekt położony w bliskiej odległości od plaży , jednak w zacisznym i spokojnym miejscu. Mała, spokojna przepiękna miejscowość.
