Appartamento pulito, e molto confortevole. Stanze di dimensione adeguata per stare comodi, arredi funzionali ed accessoriati di tutto ciò che può servire. I gestori sono disponibili ad ogni richiesta o necessità.
La posizione potrebbe costringere a prendere l'auto per visitare il centro di Matera comodamente, anche se non è molto distante.

Posizione strategica vicino ai sassi e facile da trovare. L'appartamento è spazioso e curato .Il proprietario molto gentile, ci ha dato tante informazioni utili. Parcheggio direttamente nella proprietà.

zeer mooi appartement ook al bevind het zich in de kelderverdieping. De bedden waren wel zeer goed.
We hebben er 1 nacht verbleven, voor meerdere nachten zou ik het niet boeken. De kelderverdieping heeft wel vensters maar tegen plafond geen zicht naar buiten.

L'appartement est très propre, spacieux, la literie est confortable. Le propriétaire parle français et c'est bien agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est limité en quantité .
