Magnifique manade, très bien entretenue, personnel souriant et accueillant, chambre jolie et propre. Un bel endroit pour vivre au cœur de la camargue.

La proximité avec les animaux, le petit déjeuner maison
Chambre, bruyante et mal isolée (on entendait le voisin dire chut à son chien qui aboyait), pommeau de douche cassée, oreiller un peu vieux.
Peu d’équipement dans la chambre.

The room is spacious and comfortable (though there are a lot of insects and mosquitoes - and no mosquito net). Breakfast is abundant. Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful.
We found a lack of services, and organization, in this hotel. Reception was non existent (we only ever saw the two cleaning ladies). We were given no information about possible activities in the Manade and therefore in the end we did none. We tried to organize horseback riding and it was impossible: the reception of the Manade was of no help, we were told we had to call directly the horseback riding teacher on her mobile, who was unreachable both on the phone and in person at the stable. In the end we went elsewhere to another stable which was weird and disappointing given that we had chosen to stay in a Manade and not a more central hotel closer to the town so that we could enjoy the ranch and activities.
Our one time experience with the restaurant was disastrous and way different from the reviews (really bad service, incredible disorganization, our orders were repeatedly botched so it took 2 hours and half to get through dinner, meat was not good and we had the impression that it was not fresh and reheated -definitely not up to expectations and expensive too. In the end all we were offered to make up for the awkward experience was a coffee..).
We paid 310 euro a night (plus 160 at the restaurant) which we thought was way too excessive a price for this hotel.
