The price and location were great and the owner is really lovely and responsive to messages and requests! There were no noise issues, and the kitchen was convenient. I'd stay here again.
Only small issues: the shared bathroom could use a little table to rest belongings like a toothbrush or face wash on since the sink is angled, and the bedside rug should ideally be nonslip.

Location is relatively central, easy to walk everywhere. Facilities are quite new in the 2 floor wooden building in the backyard. TV, wifi, some kitchen facilities. You can make tea, coffee and small meals. Ok beds. Free parking.
No soundproofing at all. You hear your neighbours in the evening and wake up with them in the morning. One can hear full voice speaking, they do not have to play music. So your sleep depends on the other guests' behavour. Who drinks instant coffee? Why just not to put normal coffee in the room instead of chemical powder Nescafe calls coffee.
