Great house with everything we needed. Location was a little remote, which we knew on booking but easily accessible to Snowdonia and Llyn peninsula.

WiFi was very slow. Could do with more crockery in kitchen- only 6 sets of everything, could do with a few spares.

We were left to do what we wished to do without interference from the owners with he knowledge that they were nearby if we needed anything ,

The hosts were very friendly and very responsive. The cottage is very clean and modern with an excellent quality renovation. The cottage is big and comfortable with quality fittings, fixtures, kitchenware and quality flooring. The cottage is in a quiet rural location on a working sheep farm. The cottage is right next door to the owners house. Excellent and secure parking. It is a bit remote but only 8 minutes drive to a great pub with good food (The Goat Inn). Water pressure was excellent with great hot water. Recycling instructions and bins are well laid out and easy to use. Good heavy curtains to keep the bedrooms dark at night. The house is beautifully unclutted but with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Good quality towels and linen. This cottage is highly recommended.

It took a while for the cottage to get up to temperature due to the thick stone walls soaking up the internal heat. WiFi was a bit slow at around 2 mb/s. The GPS details provided by Booking.com were incorrect. The correct GPS co-ordinates are:- 53.018827, -4.302082. There is no desk for a laptop but we used the very large dining table. Although there is only one bathroom the bathroom is a good size and works well.

Liked the upstairs lounge/kitchen with views of the hills. Liked the main bedroom, large and comfortable king size bed. Amazing hot power shower.
