This is my husband's and my favorite hotel in all of Japan. We usually stay here when sleeping off jet lag (first arriving in Japan), or to rest a little before going to another country. It's easy to get to Narita airport. It is so relaxing here. You can do everything inside the hotel — darts, karaoke, billiards, etc. The amenities are beyond what anyone would even need, they're so luxurious. They have free wine and snacks, as well as ice water. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are always spotless. We even have stayed in their suites, which are not "Non-Smoking" but they have never smelled like cigarettes. We will definitely continue staying here every time we visit Japan. It's just so relaxing. Like a spa day every day you are there.

I went as a solo traveler in late September. My expectations were blown away. All of their amenities were free, from bath salts, drinks and recreation. The rooms were spacious and lovely. I could have brought another person, and the basic room would have been enough. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

This hotel is unlike any other I’ve stayed in, there were so many amazing complementary things. The staff were very helpful. Despite their limited English. They did use a translator. The rooms were fantastic clean spacious. The breakfast was satisfactory. We only stayed one night so I’m not too sure what was in the vicinity. But we found a few restaurants in the area. And of course the 7 eleven My teenagers absolutely loved it and they have travelled extensively.
