A área externa é muito boa, especialmente para crianças. Várias piscina com tobogãs, salas de jogos, academia, muito legal mesmo e bem organizado. É realmente perto do beach park, dá para ir à pé.
Achei que o apartamento carece de melhorias. Os lençóis de baixa qualidade, o banheiro do casal estava vazando agua e os travesseiros estavam manchados. Toalhas com aspecto de muito usadas.
O tamanho do apartamento achei ótimo, bem divido. Cozinha bem pequena, mas funcional.
