During our 4-day stay the apartment wasn't cleaned, but that's become common practice by many owners so we didn't mind it. The bathroom could be more spacious.

Most friendly host I've ever met on all my trips. Rooms are not luxury, but they are really clean and enough and have everything you need, and you can expect the instant help from hosts if you ever need anything. If I come back to Ulcinj I will come back here.

It was amazing to stay in friendly house, it was clean, we had our privacy, it was quiet. Homeowner was very nice, gentle, he waited us with coffee and cold drinks, and he helped us with everything we need. Apartments are close to city and beach. I strongly suggest this apartments to everyone

The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood not far from the main road to Ulcinj. The hosts were great - very warm traditional "coffee and Turkish delight" welcome.

I wish I could have stayed longer, but Skadar Lake Panoramic Road was awaiting.

"FRIENDLY" is a real definition of staying here :)

This high rating is absolutely related to the fact, that I have checked the photos, locality, .... everything needed in advance, so I was aware what I choosed. My business is not to award the stars, but rate my stay based - please, keep this in mind when choosing your stay and writing a review... Basically, we have checked everything in advance, the photos and locality, so we knew that the kitchen will be in balcony, the room will not be so big. But everything was as it is desrcibed here - no surprises. Secondly, the name of the hotel "Friendly House" is totally true - the owner is very friendly, he welcomed us, show us the room, gave us some good tips, had some small-talks, ... He always ensured, that we have everything we need, if there is something missing in our appartment (the basic amenities is there: cuttlery, pan, pots, fridge, small electric cooker, dishes), etc. Parking space for the cars was enough for all the guests, there was always a free spot to park your car. Going to the city I recommend to go by car definitely, there are some restaurants also on the way to the city - 3 mins by car. But going there by walk is quite dangerous (mostly, if you are family). There was one pizzeria where you could go by walk - 5 mins - just around the corner of the street with hotel, but you cant get any alcoholic drink there (beer including) and the menu is very basic - on the other hand good choice if you are hungry and want to grab something fast to eat without gettng into the city. This place also offer a good location near the beaches. There are various beaches very close, but again rather use the car. Even it is 15-20 mins by walk from the hotel (our fav "Cabo"). It was so hot, that going there by walk was not comfortable for us. Overall, Montenegro is very charming country. We did some small trips around (it was really hot and one day it was raining), but definitely we did not visit all the places from the list. I RECOMMEND! :)

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Gastgeber haben uns mit einer unglaublich herzlichen und gastfreundlichen Art empfangen- man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Sie waren stets aufmerksam und fürsorglich, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein, und haben sich liebevoll um jedes Detail gekümmert. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht- man merkt, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns definitiv die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher gebucht haben!

Огромное количество цветов,прекрасный сад. Гостеприимство хозяев. Чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое для хорошего отдыха, вблизи от великой пляжи, недалеко две кафаны и продавница. Фотографии соответствуют. Рекомендую, думаю что мы ещё вернёмся в это замечательное место.
