About this villa rental
Our modern 2 storey house is located on the most charming and beautiful part of bulgarian southern seaside, in a newly developed area of the acient town of Sozopol! Ground floor is 300 m2 and extends out onto a 3000 m2 yard with large green garden ,6m/12m swimming pool , full-size teniss cort
( rackets and 6 balls included ) and barbeque area witht outdoor dining table .
On the ground floor there is 70 м2 living room with a dining table ,
50 inch tv, small billiard table , 7 m high atrium ; fully equiped large kitchen separated from living room with transparent glass wall and door ;cabinet with large desk and sofa ; toilet; fitness with table tennis (bats and balls included ), bio-force multigym and exercise bike ;sauna with bathroom - shower bathub and toilette . The 1-st floor has 6 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with Queen size bed , wardrobe room & ensuite huge bathroom with Jacuzzi sea view bathtub and separate shower . Bedroom 2: 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom with shower; Bedroom 3 and 4: double bed and 1 single bed each , wardrobe , desk . Large bathroom with Jaccuzzi bathub and shower for these two bedrooms. Bedroom 5 : two beds , ensuite bathroom with shower whit private access from the backyard. Bedroom 6 has a queen-size double bed and is located on the ground floor . Totaly 14 people can be accomodated . Laundry room with 2 laundry machines , 2 dryers and iron on the first floor .Bedrooms 1,3 and 4 have terrraces and splendid seaview . Bedrooms 2,5 and 6 have a garden view ,French sliding windows and doors , 3.5 m high ceilings . Parking space for up to 4 cars. House is eqquiped with central security system connected with local security company and secutity cameras. There are 2 access to the property through automatic fence gates .Cleaning and linen change every 7 days , pool and yard maintenance is included .

Nice property but Sozopol in general needs another decade of development. 2-3 M villas surrounded by landfills and roads never repaired from the time of late Todor Zhivkov you can negotiate on a tractor only... Realities of post soviet era.

Well equipped house with a huge swimming pool (15x8m) and a nice view on the Kaminitsa bay close to Sozopol.

This house was awesome! Loved our stay for 9 nights in August 2019.
We were 2 families of 9 people in total there was plenty of room in the house, almost list each other as the house is HUGE!
Sozopol new town is 15/20 mins walk so easily accessible. A taxi ride is only 10 lev and there is a beach around 10 mins walk away.
The house has every conceivable thing you could need for your holiday, the kitchen has every utensil pot and Ian you could need for cooking up any culinary delight!
The pool is amazing lovely and spacious and quiet (well when the kids aren’t there)
There is tonnes of outside space to enjoy too.
Would highly recommend the only problem is once you get accustomed to this not a lot else compares!! : - ))
Hopefully going back soon!
