Just 2 mins to the centre of Pre-en-Pail which has all local facilities including bars, restaurants and supermarket. Surrounded by stunning countryside and endless walks and tracks, moments from Les Alpes Mancelles area known for its dramatic ravines, forests and rivers a walkers paradise.
Balcony area to the rear perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset with a glass of wine or two! Front patio area with table and chairs and garden. Private parking available at the property. Fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area, lounge with two sofas, smart flat screen tv and wood pellet stove. Bright double bedroom with plenty of storage leading to the bathroom with Italian style walk in shower sink and wc.

Une petite dépendance charmante, joliment décorée, avec toutes les commodités. La ville de pré en pail est juste à côté. Le hameau est très tranquille, la petite terrasse a été appréciée avec le temps ensoleillé du week-end. On n’a pas encore tout visité dans la région. On reviendra et on recommande. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et le présent de bienvenue.
