Wide variety in spa activities. Good sauna and steam room and jacuzzis popping up in the indoor and outdoor pools. Lovely lounging area. The massage I had was excellent.
A super setting in nature and good privacy in the accommodation.
Too many lounge beds in the spa that were cramped together.
Classic lodge a little outdated.
Buffet breakfast expensive, but the lodge had a well-equipped kitchen so you can bring your own food.

We recently stayed at Domaine du Ferret near Bordeaux and found the location to be quite nice. Situated near the coast, the hotel offers a pleasant setting.
The rooms were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was pleasing to the eye. Personnel was friendly.
The breakfast offering did not seem worth its price point. Similarly, the outdoor pool was not as well-maintained as we would have expected for a property of this caliber.
Overall, while we enjoyed aspects of our stay, we found the hotel to be overpriced for the value provided. In our opinion, a fairer price would be around €100 less than the current rate. This would better reflect the quality of the experience we had during our stay.
