You will LoVe our beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the heart of historic Butchertown! It is one of four apartments in our recently renovated 3-story brownstone building on Story Ave... circa 1938!

Center, Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, the Kentucky Exposition Center, Waterfront Park, the new botanical gardens and the new soccer stadium! It is within 5-10 minutes to the downtown hospitals and medical centers! Also easy access to bike paths along the Ohio river- BIKES provided on property for your enjoyment!
