Mi experiencia fue muy negativa. El precio publicado en línea era de $900, pero al llegar al Front Desk me informaron que el costo era de $1,100. Además, me cobraron $600 por cada mascota, a pesar de que viajaba con dos gatas: una de 20 años que prácticamente no se mueve y otra que es ciega y permanece conmigo en todo momento. Estos cargos adicionales no estaban claramente indicados en la publicación. También intentaron agregar cargos por limpieza extra y un depósito por posibles daños. Al final, una noche de hospedaje que inicialmente parecía costar $900 terminó teniendo un costo de $2,900. Considero que los cargos no estaban claramente desglosados ni informados desde el principio. Después de manejar durante 12 horas, tener que buscar otra opción de alojamiento fue una experiencia muy incómoda y desafortunada.
