It’s right in the beach !
A few more utilities for the rooms could go a long way in improving the stay !

Location is great, right on the sand, in centre of the beach length at a balanced spot, active but peaceful. We booked sea front hut, it was awesome. Clean, spacious, AC, warm water, door locks, window, balcony, chairs, basic toiletries everything provided. Cleaning lady did the job daily. Shower and tap available at the balcony steps to wash off the dust. Boats for sea tour are available right in the front. Popular Restaurants are walkable. Food at hotel restaurant was not upto the mark, they said it was due to low footfall, less workforce, and gas shortage due to ongoing Iran conflict. Same was the situation at many other restaurant ls in vicinity. Patnem was perfect as a family holiday beach. If you spend more time sitting and walking along the beach rather than driving around tourist spots, this place is perfect for you.
Food menu limited and not taste was not upto expectations of Goa shacks.

The rooms are rustic but are comfortable and very near the beach. Water is dropped off outside everyday without asking, Restaurant on the beach serves good food and drink. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, Overall it was a great place to stay.
