Great stay at this fabulous hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Village Club Les Tavaillons. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us—check‑in was completely seamless. One of the highlights was having Favy Sport on‑site. Renting our equipment was quick and easy, with absolutely no queue. The staff there were just as friendly and helpful, which made the whole process stress‑free. The location is great too. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, and it’s only about a 10‑minute walk to the village, which was really convenient for getting around. We had breakfast at the hotel several times and also enjoyed dinner one evening. There was plenty of choice, and the food was very good each time. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Excellent . Will be back

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful visit. Comfortable and convenient to get to the centre of town by foot (circa 8 minutes) , also a ski bus outside to the town centre . Great bar area and lots of events free of charge

Nice place overall, with a few surprises

The location is great and the apartment is very spacious. Overall it was pretty good.

The first room we were given wasn’t clean, but the staff handled the situation very quickly and moved us to a much better one, which we appreciated. The only unexpected part was that guests are expected to do their own cleaning, but overall it was manageable.

What an amazing holiday experience staying at Village Club Les Tavaillons. Great facilities, clean, value for the money and every item in the room is arranged to be used before our stay. Moreover, incredible front desk personnel, especially Ms. Caroline who helped us to solve our unexpected problem with the payment system.

Floor not cleaned, i had to sweep myself, beds not done, be aware that if you stay longer you have to buy your own toilet paper as you may run out and the reception does not supply absolutely anything, fridge was not started, fault reported not attended during the seven days of our stay. WiFi not usable.

A good stay with one or two minor irritations which could be corrected quite easily. The staff were extremely friendly

Location was good, ski bus stop was on the doorstep, parking was good, ski lockers were in the building. ski shop and restaurant on site. swimming pool and saunas just across the road - useful on wet no ski days.

No oven and no grill made self catering a little limited. Also no dishwasher. No gutters on the building meant rain was continually dripping onto the roof attached to our bedroom and occasionally kept us awake.

Service oriented hotel

Amazing hotel staff. Always available to help you. We loved the service of nursery for our 8 months old son and kids club for our 3 years old one. The parents can peacefully enjoy the organized walks by the hotel.

Petit déjeuner (peut mieux faire) pas de jus fruits pressés. Fromage en sachet industriel alors que nous sommes à la montagne. Le manque de professionnalisme du cuisinier face aux clients.

Rapport qualité-prix très intéressant. Les appartements sont fonctionnels, propres, la literie est très confortable. Le personnel a été très sympathique.

Es un Hospedaje espectacular con unas vistas hermosas rodeada de los alpes franceses, lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse y descansar, dentro del hospedaje hay servicio de comida tipo bufete y muy buena y mucha variedad

Preis-Leistung war sehr gut

Die Hotelanlage befindet sich in einem Skigebiet. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut, große Auswahl. Das Büffe am Abend ist okay, wie bei den meisten Büffes ist das warme Essen nur lauwarm, aber das weiß man.

Leider spricht das Personal fast nur französich, so war die Verständigung schwierig, da wir die Sprache nicht sprechen.

la vue etait magnifique, l'endroit était calme, nous sommes venu 2 nuits, et je pense qu'on reviendra pour encore + de nuits !

J'ai juste était un peu déçu, c'est quand on nous a dit que le petit déjeuner etait payant, je voyage beaucoup et très souvent le matin le petit déjeuner est offert, à 50€ la nuit on ne s'attendait pas à devoir repayer un petit déjeuner, mais dans l'ensemble, rien à dire !!!

Prisvärt boende i en vacker och rogivande miljö

Stor och rymlig lägenhet för en familj med barn eller flera vuxna. Sköna sängar. Lägenheten har allt man behöver för tex enklare matlagning, frukost, lunch och middag. Vacker anläggning i naturskönt område. Utsikten från balkongen var magisk. Kort promenad till butiker, restauranger och konditori. Många fina vandringsleder i närheten.

Un endroit calme et reposant

J ai aimé le cadre et la tranquillité du lieux ainsi que l accessibilité au centre du village de Carroz. Pas loin de la piscine. J ai aimé leur buffet à volonté le soir pour 22,50€ qui était plutôt varié. J ai apprécié le personnel d'accueil.
