Kamarnya bersih dan juga luas. Fasilitas yang disediakan juga cukup memadai dan tergolong baik. Tempatnya yang strategis juga menambah nilai plus dari hotel ini. Untuk request kamar berdekatan juga bisa dan tidak ada kendala untuk akses keluar ataupun masuk kendaraan tamu. Pemandangan yang bagus dan kebersihan hotel juga terjaga. Pelayanan yang ada juga ramah serta membantu tamu.
Bidet yang ada di toilet kamar 411 tidak berfungsi dengan baik, air tidak mengalir dengan lancar dan menyulitkan untuk bebersih. Untuk mandi di toilet 411 juga kurang nyaman karena shower tidak berfungsi dengan baik, tetapi aliran air yang ada di bathtub sudah aman. Di toilet kamar 411 juga agak berbau, padahal sudah diberi parfume dan banyak sabun, tapi tetap berbau. Wastafel di kamar 410 juga sepertinya agak tersumbat, tapi tetap bisa dibuang airnya
