About this villa rental
Semi-detached villa situated 150 metres far from the beach and 400 metres from the centre of the village. All the main facilities (bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants) easily and quickly reachable (not more than 800 metres far).
The villa is on two floors. It has a wide living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and two living verandas (one on the first floor, one on the ground floor).
First Floor: 2 bedrooms+ 1 full bathroom+1 living veranda
Ground floor: Wide living room + Kitchen + living veranda.
It has a nice large garden(200 m2) and private car parking.

Die Villa liegt der Beschreibung entsprechend nah am wunderschönen Strand von Budoni. Budoni selbst ist ein sehr netter Ort mit guten Restaurants, auch alles fussläufig zu erreichen, und einem Nachtmarkt (zumindest zur Hauptsaison). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten, mit einem einfachen aber schönen Garten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Da Sardinien für uns eine der schönsten Insel überhaupt ist, werden wir bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Auch die Anlage hinter dem Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr schön ist auch die Nähe zum Strand. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter nur empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Rosa. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und der Kontakt mit Pasqualle und seiner Schwester war reibungslos und sehr nett.
Wir haben uns in der Villa Rosa sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren blitzsauber. Das W-lan hat super funktioniert und wir hatten auch deutsches Fernsehen.Die Lage zum Strand ist einfach super.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
Einziger Abzugspunkt ist der fehlende Ofen. Als Toaster muss ein Sandwich Maker herhalten. Ich denke das könnte man besser lösen. Und der Schrank im Wohnzimmer ist etwas muffig.
Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder

la propriété a de nombreux atouts proximité de la mer, jardin, terrasse et barbecue agréables, mais les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas géniaux et peuvent être améliorés avec par exemple une cafetière type Nespresso . Les couverts et la vaisselle sont un peu vétustes ( ex saladiers et manches de couteaux en plastique ... ) et pas d'essoreuse à salade.
