I personably enjoy the offering of checking in early. The family enjoy the golf cart ride to the beach. Must rent the golf cart for easy parking access cus not a lot of visitors uses it. The house has plenty of space for the whole family. Everybody has something to do. Very nice home.

Stayed for two nights for a beach wedding at Sand Key. The home is amazing. Absolutely beautiful yet comfortable . Lots of space, the outside area is great for watching boats go by as you are cooking on the outside kitchen island or swimming in the pool. Would highly recommend this home.

Would absolutely stay again! Gorgeous view of the canal in the back and lots of dolphin to watch come through in the evening. Plenty of little fish to catch off the dock (maybe even big ones too if you actually know more what your doing). Neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Thanks for the stay!

This property is exactly as pictured. It was perfect for a girls weekend. The kitchen is well stocked... even though a larger frying pan would be preferable. The backyard is the best feature. The pool is heated to the perfect temperature and there are plenty of seats to hang out and sock up the sun. And the view is AMAZING!! The rooms are a great size and the beds are very comfortable!! The bunk room is truly a queen on top of queen and then the other rooms have kings. It is a short walk to the beach or you can pay to use their golf cart (we did not do this). The neighborhood the house is in is very safe. You are also a short walk or drive to all the restaurants on the main boulevard. Could not recommend this place enough.
