The location is unbeatable; it's right across the street from the beach, where there is a swimming area. I had large beach-view windows and balcony. The front desk staff did try to accommodate all my requests, and were quite pleasant to deal with. The room was inexpensive. There's an area downstairs to store surfboards. Excellent food options are within short walking distance.

The building management does not put enough effort into repairs, There were many small things that were missing or broken, which would have been minor repairs. The beach-side rooms get a lot of noise from the street, I recommend sleeping with earplugs. It's an old building, so there are occasional insects

The hotel is located right across from the beach, and the price is reasonable for the location. The facilities are so-so, as this is an older hotel, but acceptable if you are not too demanding. I only stayed for one night. The room has air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, and there is an elevator. Opening the door, you can enjoy an immediate sea view. I accidentally left a power bank behind, and the hotel returned it to me. Thank you very much.

Nice room with a/c and a balcony to watch the action outside. Position is right on the beach near the sun lounges. The hosts were great and had a good chat with the old man in English.

I kinda like the style, make me feel like Southern old days that I always saw in the movie

um...there are no carpet, the aircon is old so it super noisy. Even when we turn the aircon off, there are still this machine vibing sound come from the wall (I think it come room the next room aircon).
