The room was clean, large and comfortable. The air conditioning was great. Spectacular view of the city plaza. Checking in was a breeze. Parking secured and free.
The breakfast was so, so. Nothing to brag about. Very few restaurants in town for the tourists. I had the feeling that the El Guabo was not meant for tourists.

The location was great, right in central El Guabo, close to banks & restaurants. It was quiet, and staff were available 24 hours a day. The rooms were clean.
The breakfast and rooms were very basic. We also found the restaurant had been closed during the pandemic, so we could no longer plan our meetings there.
