Etablissement très bien situé. Plutôt bien agencé. Idéal pour aller skier.

Il y a quand même quelques manipulations à faire avec les lits pour pouvoir les déplier. Le ménage fait par les précédents locataires n'était pas très "profond". Ca se voyait que la femme de ménage n'était pas passé par là.

We very much enjoyed the location facing the skiing area, with an amazing view on the Morzine valley when the sun sets. The flat is of moderate size but very comfy, and well arranged with the vertical fold-up beds that free up plenty of space when not in use. The recently renovated kitchen and bathroom are bright, modern and very inviting. The place is very central, there is only a 5 minutes walk to most shops and amenities. If you come from les Prodains you literally have to walk 3 minutes to get to the flat. I truly recommend, we will definitely come back in a year or two!

The cleaning was a bit sloppy: the ground was dirty under the heaters, the fridge has not been cleaned before our arrival and there was a large stain beneath the trash bin on the cabinet under the sink. It didn't take long to clean but we would have expected better attention from the previous occupants or the cleaning company.

Location was excellent and studio layout well planned. Sunny balcony was a highlight!

Surprising how noisy a traffic free resort can be at 5am, although this is more a reflection on the resort than the apartment
