The location was good. Very near the town centre. The room was clean and the kitchen was useful.

The room was near the road and a bit noisy. The double glazing did not prevent the noise from passing cars. The room was not cosy.

Not too bad

Good room, but noisy. Only 2 coffee and tea facilities for 2 for 2 days. Had most things we needed. Nothing to tell us what to do in the event of fire or emergency which was a bit concerning.

Walls are thin and you can hear other poeple quite easily.

It was clean, convenient in terms of both location and equipment, and overall really nice. There was no staff, everything was automatized but very correct.

The only problem was the shower, with the door opening inwards and barely letting enough space for an adult to walk in.

I was delighted with my stay; the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well located.

The room was spotlessly clean and very welcoming in its minimalistic approach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet despite being very central to the town - some car and bike noise early evening but very quiet at night. It is a few minutes away from a very well stocked small supermarket and has a beautiful bakery as a neighbour.

The first impression in the entrance is not of as high a standard... washing machine room, common room...it has the feel of a hostel. Once in the room though, the standard is high.

The facilities were good. The apartment had everything to make a meal. It was clean.

Changing of towels. We had to ask for it. The sink in the kitchen was a little bit small. There was no air conditioning.

pas grand chose, c'est propre et c'est tout

personnel inexistant. Mal indiqué pour trouver sa chambre (pas de système de flèche alors vous vous baladez en essayant de trouver votre chambre. Joignable que par téléphone. L'impression d'être seule. La salle de bain avec le rideau et les murs comme au formule 1, franchement c'est pas terrible quoi.

Logement pratique en centre ville

Résidence bien située en centre ville, accessible à pied depuis la gare (20 minutes). Rue calme. Appartement petit mais très bien équipé, propre, parfait pour quelques jours. Accès pratique par digicode (entrée, appartement). Boulangerie et commerces à proximité.

Mon logement donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment, malheureusement au dessus du moteur d'un groupe de chambre froide, bruyant qui se mettait en route touts les 15-30 minutes...Prévoyez les boules Quies. Egalement bruit des poubelles le matin au même endroit. Sans doute que d'autres appartements n'ont pas ce problème dans la résidence.

Très bon établissement pour visiter Lorient et ses alentours, je recommande !

Etablissement situé en plein centre de Lorient, à proximité des transports et de la vie nocturne. Le patio est très agréable. Je recommande pour un séjour à deux.

Nous avons un peu galéré avec les plaques à induction mas c'est peut être par manque de pratique

Für eine reine Übernachtung mehr als ausreichend.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung völlig ausreichend. Stadtzentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar. überraschend günstige öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Es gab die ausgewiesenen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft nicht. Man konnte zwar auf den Hof fahren, aber dort waren alle Plätze belegt und es hing ein Schild an der Tür, dass Gäste dort nicht parken dürfen.

Ottima soluzione per soggiorni brevi

L'appartamento era pulito e ben attrezzato. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con lo scarico del wc che abbiamo segnalato ed è stato prontamente risolto dal personale dello Smartappart. La sosta nei dintorni è soggetta a regole varie ed eventuali difficilmente comprensibili per un italiano (parcheggi gratuiti, parcheggi in cui sostare 10, 30 o chissà quanti minuti). La posizione permette di raggiungere il centro con una piccola passeggiata

C'était vraiment à côté des Interceltiques de Lorient. Il y avait des gâteaux, des attentions pour le petit déjeuner à l'accueil le matin auxquelles nous ne nous attendions pas.

Lors du départ mes affaires étant dans la chambre je suis parti vider les poubelles le code était désactivé a mon retour je n'ai pas pu rentrer j''ai appelé le numéro j'ai envoyé un texto je n'ai eu aucune réponse heureusement qu'une femme de ménage etait présente qui au bout d'une demi-heure m'a ouvert la porte. dommage

Aucun stationnement disponible. Chambre bruyante (dès 4 h du matin) donnant sur cour d'une boulangerie et rangement bennes à ordures plus récolte des bennes par les éboueurs!
