It is a nice basic apartment, which had everything I needed. Tram stops are near by and the center is about 15 min tram ride away. I was with a car and managed to find a free parking space on the street, but that could be bit of a challenge.
Some light bulbs were not working, thus it was bit dark in the room. It did not bother me though.

The location is relatively close to the center, yet rather quiet. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the tram stop and a grocery shop. WiFi was OK and stable.
The table was wobbling and the overall furniture was pretty worn. A relatively small investment would have done a meaningful difference. It took me a short while to understand how to get the key from the mailbox, but maybe it's just me...
