The villa is surrounded by 60 hectares of forest, perfect for walking and cycling.

Beautiful location with fantastic swimming pool.very peaceful but close to Pienza and Montepulciano. Lack of air conditioning was only downside as was around 38 degrees throughout our stay. Elisabetta was away but responded quickly to

We have enjoyed our stay so much! The house was beautiful and well kept. The pool and the view were stunning. A lovely place to relax and visit surrounding cities. Thank you Elisabetta!

This was the perfect location to stay after a couple of weeks of touring in the tourist congested locations. The villa was clean and quiet but close to Trequanda and Sinalunga. Our host was very responsive to our questions and requests.

The house had everything we needed and Elizabetta was both welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable and there were lovely spaces to sit and relax both inside and out and enough room to be together too. The pool is beautiful, large and exceptionally clean. We spent most of our time swimming and lazing in the sunshine. The local area is very beautiful with interesting and towns within easy reach and some of the best food we have encountered. Very much hope we will return!
