Beautiful resort with clean outdoor/indoor pool.

Everything was great, the facility, spa, amazing pool, food.

The only thing i didn’t like is you need to go out from spa/restaurant building and walk outside to your room. As the weather wasn’t helping this was the down part. Also there was a weird smell in the room i don’t know if it was cleaning material or something else.

The location is beautiful, right by the lake, and the hotel is modern and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and overall the property has a relaxing atmosphere. It is a great place to unwind for a weekend.

Unfortunately, communication was difficult because very few staff members spoke English. Even at the reception, only one receptionist was able to help us arrange our transfer. Some restaurant staff also did not speak English and occasionally forgot our requests. Another disappointment was the check-in experience. Guests are simply given a map and expected to find their room on their own, even in very hot weather while carrying luggage. The pool area could also be improved. All pools are only 1.2 meters deep, so it would be nice if at least one section were deeper. In addition, there are only around 20–30 sunbeds for approximately 120 rooms, so by around 11 a.m. it is almost impossible to find a place to relax by the pool.
