The property has good location it is in front of the beach, 10 minutes away from Italia miniatura and 20 minutes from aquafan and oltremare, the rooms are very cozy and beds are comfortable. Owners and staffs are very accomodating. Breakfast and dinner are delicious.

Very friendly staff.
Location, one can't ask for more. Just by the sea.
Breakfast was very nice, not the english option though but we can live with that.
Air con works well, wi fi as well.
As we spent just one night, can't think of anything.
Well, parking is difficult but that's not their fault.

Location was good. And I can not complain about cleanliness But overall impression was very bad.
I really do not have words to explain hotel style and the way the rooms and bathroom look like. It is like you are in 1950s.
