It was such a blast sleeping in a 13th Century castle! The room was lovely, plenty big with an outstanding view of the Umbrian countryside and a completely renovated bathroom. The AC was excellent. Mauro was an attentive host (Rita was out of town) and he provided a lovely breakfast on the patio one day and in his own kitchen on the next day, due to rain. The experience was a highlight of our 2-week trip through Italy.
As the B&B entrance is from the inside of the castle, we could have used better instructions to find the location. But Mauro was on the lookout for us and waited on his terrace for our arrival so he could direct us to the parking area (free) and castle entrance.

Com toda certeza a educação e atenção do Mauro aos detalhes fizeram toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Minha família se sentiu em casa e minha filha de 3 anos não queria ir embora.
