Great location, lovely staff but very basic

The location of the hotel is amazing as it’s about a 10 minute walk to the local beach, which is one of the nicest beaches we went to. The staff were also really lovely, welcoming and helpful so we can’t fault that. Our room had a gorgeous view of the sea and it was great to be able to sit out on the balcony each evening. We also liked the fact that they had paired up with another hotel’s restaurant and if you booked, you got a discount. We went there twice and enjoyed a 4 course meal - although we did feel it was quite a rushed service as we were in and out within an hour! Which is something you wouldn’t expect for a 4 course meal.

It’s very basic and for the price we paid for 5 nights (just over £100 a night) I don’t think it quite matches up. In the room, there weren’t any things to make teas or coffees and no water was left in the room. The breakfast was also very basic and although it’s a continental breakfast (which is totally fine) it didn’t feel that special. For example, I don’t think the juices were fresh, most likely from concentrate and there weren’t that many options to choose from for the food. It wasn’t a terrible breakfast but we definitely expected more. Also the bed wasn’t totally comfortable, it was quite hard and the pillows not too great either. We also had a few issues with parking as there is a car park closer to the hotel but the spaces are super tight and if someone doesn’t park properly, it then means you’ll struggle to get in. We had a large hire car (which we didn’t expect) and so we couldn’t use the second car park due to the narrow road. But the staff were super helpful and allowed us to park in their space for a night which was very kind of them. So just be mindful if you have a big car as you might struggle to park! All in all, we had a nice stay, but the hotel could do with modernising as you do expect more than just basic amenities, especially for the price.

We had ants in the room our first day. Got fixed with Bug spray. Expected a private balcony when we upgraded to room with a sea view and balcony, but got a shared one which was okay. Overall a good stay, but nothing excellent.

Beautiful view and location. Staff always tried to help us-I cannot speak Italian, and we’re able to speak English which was very helpful. Very clean and had air conditioning. Continental breakfast was good.

The hotel is very cozy with gorgeous terraces and balconies. These are ideal for evening chill. Breakfast was delicious and in the beautiful garden. Hotel staff was always positive minded and very helpful. There is enough parking spaces but it can be tricky to park on the second parking lot with a bigger car. Hotel location is really good as you can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes. There is air-conditioning on every room.

It was harder to pack and unpack stuff from the car if you were not able to park next to the hotel. You can hear your neighbors as the room are not very sound proof.

Veramente un ottima struttura!

Bellissima struttura, molto pulita. Bellissimo terrazzo, fresco la mattina e la sera dopo il tramonto. Struttura silenziosa la notte. Colazione semplice ma molto buona. A piedi si arriva comodamente alla spiaggia in 5 minuti. Parcheggio comodissimo. Reception e ingresso molto belli ed eleganti.

Forse ci vogliono delle luci per la sera sul terrazzo, che non ho visto, poi magari un ombrellone o un qualcosa per parare dal sole nel pomeriggio, per poterselo godere tutto il giorno. Ci vorrebbe una colazione con un po' più di scelta, comunque era tutto squisito e di ottima qualità.

Toller Kurzaufenthalt bei super netten Hotelpersonal

Von unserem 4er-Famillienzimmer aus hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Strandbucht von Fetovaia. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist der Standard sehr gehoben! Das Zimmer war sehr gross und das Bad auch. Mittels kurzem Spaziergang waren wir schnell am tollen Strand von Fetovaia. Dieser ist herrlich und mit einem Strandrestaurant ausgestattet. Es gibt 3 Liegestuhlvermittler, bei einem haben wir einen Rabatt erhalten über das Hotel.

Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig reichhaltiger sein können. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht sehr toll. Man wurde zwar vorgängig darüber per Whatsapp informiert. Leider war der obere hotelnahe Parkplatz besetzt. Wir mussten auf den hotelfernen Parkplatz ausweichen, welcher nur über eine extrem schmale Zufahrtsstrasse zu erreichen ist. Die allgemeine Parksituation könnte besser sein.

Posizione super a Fetovaia, hotel consigliato

Struttura accogliente, grande, distribuita su più livelli con belle terrazze vista mare e collegata al ristorante. La nostra camera tripla al primo piano era spaziosa, aveva una terrazza ampia e comoda in comune con tutto il piano, il bagno comodo e funzionale, con finestra che non è poco! Ottima pulizia! Colazione standard con dolce salato e bevande, tutto ok. Un parcheggio di fianco all’hotel e un altro più lontano nella strada che scende verso la spiaggia ma comunque comodi! Personale gentile e accogliente, ci siamo trovati bene. L’hotel è a 150 metri dalla spiaggia di Fetovaia, per me la piu bella dell’isola, vale davvero la pena. In zona non ci sono servizi se non due ristoranti, ma in macchina si raggiunge marina di campo in 15 minuti, dove di sera ci sono ristoranti, negozi, bancarelle ecc.

Gute Lage, nettes Restaurant

Hilfsbereites Personal, besonders die aus Zürich stammende Dame und der nette Herr bei der Outdoor Bar. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht weit von der wirklich tollen Badebucht entfernt. Das Frühstück war für Italien auch in Ordnung. Gratis Parkplatz war auch sehr wichtig, da es dort sehr eng mit Parkplätzen ist. Preis war in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, trotzdem war alles da was man braucht. Leider ein großer Minuspunkt war die Klimaanlage welche nicht wirklich gekühlt hat, was bei der Hitzewelle mit bis zu 37 Grad nicht wirklich gut war. Haben daher nicht wirklich gut geschlafen, wobei das Bett auch nicht der Hammer war. Aber eventuell war das nur in unserem Zimmer so oder unsere Ansprüche etwas zu gehoben.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Wir konnten ohne Probleme schon früher anreisen, das sehr freundliche, auch deutschsprachige Personal hat bei Fragen immer sofort geholfen, es war sehr sauber. Wir hatten zusammen mit zwei anderen Zimmern eine große Terrasse mit Liegestühlen zur Verfügung, das war sehr angenehm. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war ausreichend für gekühlte Getränke. Der wunderschöne Strand von Fetovaia ist zu Fuss in kurzer Zeit (ca. 5 Minuten) über einen kleinen, steilen Weg zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe für Hotelgäste vorhanden, wenn das Hotel etwas voller ist, steht noch ein Parkplatz etwas weiter weg zur Verfügung.

Leider fällt beim Frühstücksbuffet und auch bei den Reinigungsprodukten im Bad sehr viel Müll an, weil alles in Plastik verpackt ist. Das könnte sicher umweltfreundlicher und nachhaltiger gestaltet werden. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer hat nicht richtig funktioniert, was bei den Temperaturen schon hilfreich gewesen wäre.

Il personale della struttura si è sempre rivolto a noi con gentilezza e disponibilità. Hanno sempre saputo rispondere a nostre curiosità e necessità con molta professionalità. Aggiungo inoltre che sia la colazione che il servizio di pulizia camere era eccellente. Colazione abbondante e varia sia per gli amanti di colazioni dolci che salate. La signora che si occupava della pulizia delle camere è carinissima, veloce e impeccabile nel rendere tutto accogliente e in ordine. Tutto veramente soddisfacente! È stata una vacanza veramente perfetta e rilassante.

Mooie grote kamer met balkon. Dichtbij het strand. Wel een klim om naar boven te komen naar het hotel. Prettig personeel.

In voorseizoen is restaurant niet open. 4 min lopen naar ander hotel. Voor Diner. Geen a la carte maar 4 gangen keuze menu. Terug weg was niet prettig auto kwam hard de bocht om. Voelde ons onveilig op de weg s avonds

Posto molto bello. Struttura fantastica, fatta benissimo e pulitissima, vista bellissima. Mare molto bello, baia riparata dal vento.

Hotel, in camera sarebbe stato comodo un armadio indumenti un pochino più grande e qualche molletta per lo stendino. Peccato per il mare che presenta alghe marine a riva che stazionano nella baia. Stabilimenti balneari con prezzi in po alti per il servizio offerto. Se si è in cerca di vita la sera non è il posto giusto.
