About this apartment rental
It equipped with all amenities. Suitable for families and children. Ideal to relax and to discover the natural beauties of the Ionic coast and the underwater reef of the protected marine reserve of Capo Rizzuto. The small but beautiful balcony allows you to relax, perhaps sipping a good cocktail or a fresh beer at sunset.
The property:
It consists of a bathroom, a kitchen with living area, a bedroom and a small veranda from where you can please the warm sun and the pleasures of Calabrian food without time limits, taking advantage of the view of the beautiful Ionian Sea just steps away. The sofa bed can easily be transformed into a very comfortable single bed, furthermore a further bed can be used to prepare the foldaway bed.
It is possible to use services such as washing machine, breakfast, coffee machine, cutlery and dishes, washing machine, TV, private parking.
During the stay, during the summer, it is possible to use the services of the Tucano Village, access to the private sea, personal beach umbrella, entertainment, swimming pools, mini-club, shows, concerts, sports equipment, bars, tobacconists, supermarkets, shuttles transport to / from the sea, to / from Le Castella.

Le Castella is a charming village, which has an undisputed charm for the particularity of the position of its castle, in the water.
People of fishermen by tradition, you can eat excellent fresh fish every day, at very reasonable prices.

The apartment has private parking inside the Village, where you can enter with a card provided on arrival. Safety and peace of mind are assured, but without worrying who always goes back and forth.
Bus stop for Crotone, Isola di Capo Rizzuto and other surrounding areas just 15 minutes walk.

For those who want not to stay locked up at home for the duration of their stay, there is the possibility of various guided tourist excursions, summer and cultural sports, boat hire and excellent fish dinners, sometimes still alive!

Listing on VRBO needs to be updated and it was a bit unclear as to what the property in the non-summer months has available. We arrived on Jun 7th. However, the Host did inform us the day prior to our arrival that Village Services was not available until the summer months. Apartment is well maintained but the building/facilities within the Village/Resort are need of maintenance. Wi-Fi did not work.
